Delivery

Standard delivery to EU countries is 3-5 working days.
For the delivery to the countries outside the EU, please contact us at orders@boskyshoes.com.

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your order for the different size or model, please send the order back to us within 14 days, to the address:

As soon as the package arrives, we immediately send the wished items back to your address. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and/or order number, and please specify your request/ wish for exchange.

Returns (withdrawal from the purchase contract) / Complaints

In case of return or complaint, please, pack the Bosky sandals and send them to:

Please, enclose a copy of the invoice in the package, and/or order number, your request and number of the bank account where you want the money to be sent.

By law, we have 30 days to settle the complaint. However, we will try to proceed your request as soon as possible. In case of simple return, we will refund you the money immediately after receiving the return.

In case of a custom designed product, the amount of 50 % of the purchase price is refunded.
